I was fortunate enough to be asked to participate in the Colorado 500 Invitational Charity Ride. Here is the Colorado 500 site. with some explanations about who they are and what they do. I have put together a few ways to read and see my perspective of the ride. In this Google Earth overlay, I have put a lot of the key stopping points in the file. To use this, it is usually best to download the .kml file to your computer (just click the link below and select Save target as... or something like that and then save it somewhere where you can find it--like "My Documents", then go there and open it.) You need Google Earth of course-- so go here and download the "Beta" version if you haven't got it. Once you have it open in Google Earth, then you can click the Play Button triangle to start a show, or click each item individually to get info about the ride. This is the Google Earth Overlay.
